Some hotfixes have now nerfed Normal and Heroic Silken Court. Heroic Silken Court Nerf There's one change that would effect all players on Silken Court.
You only need 1 Binding Webs to stop the boss on Heroic difficulty. This change makes sense since the common Heroic strat was to not bother dealing with that mechanic at all in Phase 3 and this should make it easier and incentivize players to do the mechanic «correctly» to kill the boss.
Reckless Charge now only requires 1 Binding Webs (was 2) This has been confirmed through a recent log. Other Changes Some of the other changes seem similar to the group size changes previously.
Binding Webs damage reduced on lower group sizes on Normal difficulty Entropic Desolation cast time increased: Heroic: Now 6 seconds (was 5 seconds) Normal: Now 5.5 seconds (was 4.5 seconds) Stinging Swarm damage reduced on lower group sizes on Normal and Heroic difficulty Reduces the number of Venomous Rain on Normal difficulty.
