The Centipede Guai Boss is located in the Webbed Hollow in. Specifically, it’s found within a skull pit known as the Bonevault.
To get here, visit the Middle Hollow Keeper’s Shrine. Follow the path to the right, down the wooden platform, and head straight forward.
You’ll thendrop down into a pit of bones that Centipede Guai calls home. Before dropping into the pit, you should prepare yourself with your best armor, staff, and Spells.
