UPS Sony Updates Reddit community country recommendations

Helldivers 2 Community Calls On Players To Remove Negative Reviews

thegamer.com

Over the weekend, Helldivers 2 announced that players will soon need to sign into the PlayStation Network to keep playing on PC.

Sony even removed the game from over 150 countries due to a lack of PSN support. Almost overnight, the game dropped to 'Mostly Negative' reviews as outraged players started demanding refunds from Steam.

With such fervent backlash, Sony ultimately decided to cancel the PSN update, rolling back the announcement entirely. However, the game--among other Arrowhead titles--still has a mountain of poor reviews staining its store page, so the community is calling on players across countless Reddit and Twitter posts to retract their negative scores and leave positive ones in their place. "If you're reading this, go change your negative reviews," one Reddit user posted, garnering over 4,000 upvotes. "We won!

Go change your review if you haven't already." A few fans even left instructions - go to your profile, open the 'Reviews' tab, find your Helldivers 2 score, click 'Not Recommended' to open it and then press 'Delete' on the right-hand side.

Alternatively, you can edit the review and flip the recommendation. Some fans suggest doing this but also striking out the original review (like this) so that the backlash isn't completely erased.
