Techland’s Dying Light 2 Stay Human is the latest title to support PlayStation 5 Pro, offering multiple ways to leverage the console’s capabilities.
The first is Balanced, with a base resolution of 1512p upscaled to 4K and running at 60 FPS with improvements to sub-surface scattering quality, screen-space reflections and GI.
Those seeking even more frames can try Performance mode, which offers up to 120 frames per second with VRR. It renders at 1440p and upscales to 4K while improving the SSR, GI, contact shadows, spot shadows, fog quality, and sub-surface scattering quality.
If fidelity is more important, there are Resolution and Quality modes. The former offers native 4K and 30 FPS with improved contact shadows, GI, SSR and sub-surface scattering quality.
The latter offers upscaled 4K (from 1440p) and 30 FPS alongside many of the same improvements but with ray tracing instead of better screen-space reflections.
