is set to debut on Disney+ in March. However, in August last year, Marvel announced the series would receive a second season.
In a recent interview, Charlie Cox, who portrays the eponymous superhero in the upcoming series, disclosed when Season 2 would start filming.
Charlie Cox appeared at the FAN EXPO San Francisco with Wilson Bethel, who plays Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter in the show, and revealed that filming for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 would start before the release of the inaugural season. “It’s been so many years since we released any Daredevil content.
I’m really excited about it,” Cox stated. “By the time we release [Born Again] on March 4th, we’ll already be shooting Season 2.
So, it’s just a gift that keeps on giving, really.” Daredevil: Born Again serves as a revival of Daredevil, which originally streamed on Netflix between 2015 and 2018.
