CD Projekt RED has released a new major update for Cyberpunk 2077 in its efforts to provide excellent post-launch support for the game… Numbered at update 2.2, the release brings with it a host of new features, including new vehicle customisation options, and more vehicles being available for purchase from Autofixer.
The update also brings with it plenty of changes to other features, including an entirely new overhauled photo mode. Some of the new features in the photo mode are now a free camera option for the Drone camera, and the ability to disable collision for the camera while setting up a scene.
On the gameplay side of things, the patch largely involves fixes to bugs, including one where the NCPD would stop functioning properly if the player were to get involved in a shootout between Voodo Boys and Trauma Team in Pacifica.
There are also a few fixes specific to the Phantom Liberty expansion, including fixes for quests like Balls to the Wall and Somewhat Damaged, among many others.
PC players can also look forward to some fixes in the update, including the ability to rebind the W and S keys in the vehicle category, and optimised threading to allow for more performance on Intel’s Arrow Lake line-up of CPUs.
