There is a particular sadistic joy to being a modern Bloodborne fan. A decade on, short of a complete remake, we probably wouldn't even be interested in a remaster or 60fps patch at this late stage, but then, we're probably in the minority on that; Sony has struck another Bloodborne fan project with a DMCA takedown request, which probably has more to do with trademark technicalities than because a long-hoped-for re-release or patch is imminent.

Lilith Walter, creator of Nightmare Kart (formerly Bloodborne Kart), announced on X that an old video of their Bloodborne PSX Demake project had been struck with a copyright claim by MarkScan Enforcement (thanks, IGN).

This is the same firm that pursued Bloodborne 60fps patch creator Lance McDonald just last week Invariably, this has led to a particular amount of cope within the community, segments of which are even now desperately inhaling that most unhinged type of «copium», known as «Bloodbornium».
