Stardew Valley Update 1.6 Is Coming To Mobile This November!

Stardew Valley is finally dropping update 1.6 on mobile. After months of waiting, console and mobile players are finally getting the massive update on November 4th, 2024. This update originally hit PC back in March 2024.

First off, the update now supports up to eight players online, doubling the original limit. So, you can gather even more friends to build, farm and fish together. Two new fishing festivals, the Trout Derby and SquidFest, will be added, along with other seasonal events like the Desert Festival.

Then there’s the new Meadowlands Farm layout, a perfect place to raise your livestock while also doing a bit of fishing on the side. And if you love in-game socializing, you’ll enjoy the over 100 new NPC dialogues that deepen interactions with the town’s quirky residents.

There are a bunch of crazy new items in Stardew Valley 1.6 as well. There’s the Big Chest (almost double the size of a regular chest), a dehydrator for drying fruit and mushrooms, a heavy furnace and even a bait maker for creating specific fish baits.

New furniture styles and over 25 new hats give you plenty of customization options. You can even start collecting prize tickets from completing quests and festival events, redeemable at a prize machine in Lewis’ house.

Stardew Valley Update 1.6 on mobile lets you have multiple pets after maxing out hearts with your starter one. And they might bring you gifts and you can now put hats on them. You’ll also notice that NPCs now don winter outfits.

There’s a golden Joja parrot to help you locate the last golden walnuts on Ginger Island. As for new crops, Stardew Valley 1.6 lets you grow carrots, summer squash, broccoli and powdermelon and two giant crops.

The delay in getting the Stardew Valley 1.6 update to mobile and consoles is because the devs wanted to test everything on PC first to catch any bugs. So, here it will be finally in November! So, gear up to check out the new fishing events, hang out with the new pets and grow new crops.

Nerub-ar Palace Race to World First Day 7 Recap - Silken Court Defeated, NA Reset, Queen Ansurek
Dratnos and Tettles are back with another series of Race to World First Daily Recap videos! These videos will be recorded daily after Liquid finishes raiding, meaning they should be released around 2am Pacific Time, near the start of the European guilds' day. Looking for livestreams, guilds to watch, and analytics to dive into? Check out the Wowhead RWF Coverage Article for the latest lists of streamers, raid coverage, and boss guides. Today's Race to World First Recap covers the remarkable World First Silken Court kill achieved by Liquid despite expectations of potentially the hardest Mythic mechanic of all time! Though it took nearly 200 pulls, Dratnos and Tettles were both surprised to see it die before the reset. This early kill gives Liquid a huge boon, as they're able to add its loot to their vaults, which have been enhanced by an extra box on several characters, and they were able to get some information on Queen Ansurek which may affect gearing decisions during the reclear. Echo and Method both remain in the hunt, having killed Ky'veza not long after yesterday's Recap was recorded! It's vital for both guilds that they kill Silken Court today, not just for the loot but to remain on pace with Liquid's kills and give themselves a chance to catch up and overtake on Queen Ansurek, though of course the weekly reset will rear its ugly head once more, especially if Ansurek can die early in the week!
