Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is a constantly expanding, emotionally thrilling experience with seemingly endless progression, systems, mechanics, and lovable characters at every twist and turn. As you progress through the game, you will meet and fight alongside countless Heroes and will have to complete their Hero Quest to obtain their Class and have them join your party. However, that's just one type of Hero Quest, as you can also take on Ascension Quests, which are a different type of Hero Quest that will extend the Level Cap for its corresponding Hero's Class.

Ascension Quests in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 are special Hero Quests that allow you to break past the original boundaries set in place for Class Ranks, raising the Level Cap from Level 10 to Level 20. This will enable you to make that Class much stronger than before while also learning new Skills and Arts.
Some Ascension Quests are tied to the main storyline, while others will require you to do several side quests for Colonies before they become active.
