Wolfenstein: The New Order is, in many ways, an old-school shooter with a modern twist. The game keeps true to the series with its classic mechanics: combat is fast and unrestrained; secrets are hidden in every nook and cranny, with health, armour, and ammo pickups scattered throughout.

On harder difficulties especially, health and armour can practically disappear in seconds, with a health overload only giving you a temporary health boost that degrades over time. Luckily, ten health upgrades grant Blazkowicz an extra 10HP each, placed across the game. Below, we’ll share the chapter and locations of these red army figures to keep you in the fight.
There is no health upgrade in Chapter One.
Before opening the doors to the Asylum building to escape, turn around from the button and you’ll see a safe. Use the hotwiring ability that Fergus taught you to open it and find the health upgrade inside.
In Anya’s grandparents’ basement, whilst preparing to interrogate the officer, you’ll need to get an apron from the cupboard next to the chainsaw. Don’t grab the chainsaw yet. Instead, look in the bottom of the cupboard to find a toybox containing a health upgrade.
Once you reach the checkpoint where Anya’s grandmother shoots the Nazi, head inside and go left into the stairwell. Instead of climbing up, hotwire the elevator in the middle of the room. Take the lift to the top and before you cross the gantry, look behind the wire coil to find the health upgrade.
There is no health upgrade in Chapter Four.
