Why Kaitlyn Bristowe Should Replace Tyra As Dancing With the Stars Host
Fans of Dancing With The Stars were shocked and angry when Tom Bergeron was fired as the host of the show in 2020, along with his co-host, Erin Andrews, and replaced by Tyra Banks. Tyra also became an executive producer, making changes to its format such as theme nights, which fans feel overshadow the dancing on the show. Although Tyra was a successful talk show host, she seems to have a problem with the live television format. Fans have been so unhappy with Tyra that they have created petitions to have her removed as the host.
Tyra's hosting skills on live television have been highly criticized. She is known for wearing over-the-top costumes that steal the spotlight of the dancers. She has some trouble with timing, and often cuts off interviews with the stars right before the commercial breaks.
