The Sims 4 Adds New Scenario But Only For 3 Days, Weirdly

The Sims 4 has had an interesting week. Yesterday the monthly update went live, bringing with it scenarios. These are a brand new way to play the game that add goals to your gameplay. They were first revealed during a livestream, where the focus was on the first two additions. Now, just a day after release, we have a third scenario. The catch is that this one will only be available for three days before being removed from the game on November 6.

A mixture of excitement and speculation has sprung up since the announcement of a new, AAA videogame project from Skydance New Media, based on a Marvel Comics property, but there are some Marvel characters more deserving of this kind of game adaptation than others. Gamers have good reason to look forward to the title, as Skydance’s games division is headed by Amy Hennig, whose work as a creative director at Naughty Dog included several of the critically acclaimed Uncharted games.
