When it comes to Game Pass, there are two different versions of the service that players can subscribe to. There's Xbox Game Pass, which lets players check out a sizable library of games on their Xbox console. And then there's PC Game Pass, which is the same idea as Xbox Game Pass, but for PC. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate bundles both versions of Game Pass together, and it is really the best way for subscribers to get the most bang for their buck.
The vast majority of games that are added to Xbox Game Pass also make their way to PC Game Pass, but there are certainly exceptions. In some cases, there are games that are only available on the regular Xbox Game Pass, and other times there are games that are only available those who are subscribed to PC Game Pass. A new rumor suggests that PC Game Pass may be getting another exclusive, potentially in the form of a PlayStation console exclusive game.

Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding was originally released in 2019 as a PlayStation 4 exclusive title. About a year later, Death Stranding: Director's Cut launched as a PlayStation 5 exclusive, introducing new features and gameplay mechanics as well as providing a general upgrade for the game. Then in March 2022, Death Stranding: Director's Cut made its way to PC, and it seems that version of the game may very well be coming to PC Game Pass in the near future.
This was seemingly teased by the PC Game Pass Twitter account, which changed its profile picture to a foggy landscape. PC Game Pass brought attention to its new profile pic by tweeting out «sometimes we just like a good landscape picture,» and so many have assumed that the account is teasing a new addition
