In part three of The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 12 reunion, Teresa Giudice’s fiancé Luis Ruelas finally got to speak out against the allegations about him and redeemed himself. Teresa and Luis became official in 2020, and her RHONJ castmates were overjoyed for her newfound love. However, some unsavory information about Luis’ past started coming out. Luis was in the headlines for a lawsuit his ex-fiancé filed against him. She accused him of being controlling and manipulative and alleged that he was emotionally abusive.
Soon, more shady details about Luis started emerging, such as an assault charge against him from a road rage incident in 2018. In addition, just before filming RHONJ season 12, a video of Luis was released of him and a bunch of men at a “warrior camp." In the video, Luis was begging his ex-fiancé to give him another chance while shirtless men rallied around him. The RHONJ cast thought it was bizarre and wanted to talk to Teresa about it, but she shut down any mention of the video. Her RHONJ castmate Margaret Josephs wanted her and Luis to clear the air and get ahead of any rumors, but anytime she brought it up, Teresa would get upset and didn’t allow Luis to address it either.
