The PlayStation Plus lineup of games for June 2022 has been confirmed, revealing hits like God of War and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. In addition to providing players a large library of PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 titles for a monthly fee, PS Plus offers a new batch of games that subscribers can download and keep at no additional cost for as long as they keep their PS Plus membership. May’s lineup of PS Plus offerings included FIFA 22, Curse of the Dead Gods, and Tribes of Midgard.
Most of the recent discussion surrounding PlayStation Plus involves Sony’s planned revamp of the service, which is thought to have been restructured to better compete with Microsoft’s popular Xbox Games Pass. Set to go into effect on June 13, this new PS Plus model will feature different subscription tiers, with the higher ones offering access to classic PlayStation titles like Syphon Filter and Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue. Sony has confirmed that PS Plus’s monthly giveaways will continue as part of the new service.

While unconfirmed, it's likely PlayStation wants to bolster interest in God of War ahead of the release of GoW Ragnarok later this year, and its inclusion with PS Plus is set to do just that. The upcoming batch of PlayStation Plus games will be available to download and keep from June 7 to July 1.
