Ola Electric could release its Move OS 3 update later this week. Ola's CEO and Co-founder Bhavish Aggarwal had tweeted out last week about the Move OS 3 update scheduled to be rolled out in a week's time. The 3rd biggest update to the electric scooter lineup at Ola Electric is expected to bring a couple of improvements and new features. The update will be available as an OTA download for existing owners of Ola S1 Pro and Ola S1.
This is the second update to the Move OS platform this year, with the earlier one being Move OS 2 that we tried out earlier. The Move OS 3 update addresses some of the key issues riders and consumers had found so far. The update also open up the scooters for Ola's Hypercharger network, which should allow riders to avail fast charging benefits. Note that the Ola S1 Air will already come with the update pre-installed.

The Move OS 3 update was detailed during Diwali 2022 alongside the announcement of the Ola S1 Air. The Move OS 3 update brings a couple of value enhancement features and ride assists. Riders will get the Hill Hold feature that should help with pickups on inclines. The scooter will also show details of callers on the display.
Riders will also get to choose the dial style with several moods, and choose from the regen braking modes. Additionally, the scooters will also get a Party mode that syncs the headlight with the music played on the speakers.
