Motorola Razr 2022 price announced! Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 looks to be in trouble
Samsung has just announced the Galaxy Z Flip 4 foldable and it seems impressive considering all the upgrades Samsung brings to the table. Motorola, however, couldn't keep the excitement to itself and ahead of its launch, it has revealed the price of the Razr 2022. And based on all the data we have on the new Razr 2022, it seems that Motorola has come up with a stellar deal. The Razr 2022 will have a price tag of CNY 6000, which when converted to INR translates to approximately Rs. 70,000. This will make it the most affordable Motorola foldable we have ever seen.
Note that this price will stand true for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Motorola is said to offer the phone in another variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The top-end variant will offer 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. In fact, in terms of its specifications, the Motorola Razr 2022 ends up being a proper flagship-grade phone rivalling the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4.
Most of the specifications on the Razr 2022 are on par with the high-end flagships. The Razr 2022 gets a new design with no chin and notch, and the bezels are slimmer than ever. The flexible OLED display will have a variable refresh rate of 144Hz. The Cover Display is larger at 2.7-inches and gets much more functionality. The hinge design also makes for a zero-gap when closed.
The Razr 2022 will also use the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, which means it won't compromise on performance either. There is no information on the battery capacity, which means it won't be bigger than the Razr 5G's battery.
