Not long after starting the Haunted Ruins level in MediEvil, players will encounter three farmers that have been suspended above small fires. It will then become the player's job to release those farmers, though the way that this is done may not be immediately obvious. The first step toward releasing the farmers in the Haunted Ruins stage is to dispatch the Shadow Demons that patrol the courtyard. While many weapons can be used to eliminate these foes, the Magic Longbow, which can be unlocked upon collecting 13 Chalices in MediEvil, is perhaps the best option. Indeed, this ranged weapon has the ability to slay Shadow Demons in a single shot, and players that equip it should make short work of these enemies.
