Kantara OTT release in HINDI! Know when to watch Rishab Shetty movie online
One week ago, Kantara made its online debut. And after winning over audiences during its theatrical release, it has been making waves through the digital streaming platform. However, the movie was only released in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam languages on Amazon Prime Videos. But a lot of fans, especially in the Hindi-language speaking states had to wait patiently for the dubbed version of the film. But the wait is finally over. Kantara Hindi dubbed OTT release will be available to see very soon. So, read on to know when and where you can watch this film online.
The film received humongous success at the box office mainly due to its storyline and the way it has been portrayed on the screen. Rishab Shetty's Kannada blockbuster is set in the fictional village of Dakshina Kannada, Kantara follows a Kambala champion, played by Shetty, who comes to loggerheads with an upright forest range officer named Murali, who is played by Kishore.
Kambala is an annual race that is held from November to March in coastal Karnataka, in which a jockey drives a pair of buffaloes, tied to the plough, through parallel muddy tracks. The film also hit the headlines over the tribal tradition of Bhoota Kola and Shetty's subsequent statements around it.
It can be known that the film was released in the Kannada version on September 30 followed by the release in Hindi version on October 14. As already stated Rishab Shetty is the director and writer of the film and has even acted in it. Other than Shetty, Kishore Kumar G and Sapthami Gowda, can be seen playing key roles in the film.
Kantara Hindi dubbed version will be released on Netflix tomorrow, December 9, 2022. You will need a subscription to the platform in order to watch the movie.
