Guild Wars 2 is Giving Away Free Gaming Peripherals for its 10th Anniversary
ArenaNet is currently celebrating the 10-year anniversary of Guild Wars 2, its free-to-play MMORPG. As a part of the ongoing celebrations, Guild Wars 2 is teaming up with three well-known gaming gear giants to give away some high-quality peripherals.
The Guild Wars 2 sweepstakes will be accepting entries for the rest of August, after which the winners will be announced. Among the entries, ten winners in total will be chosen to win, with four tiers of prizes available.
Guild Wars 2 Confirms Plans for a Fourth Expansion Pack
All 10 winners will receive a set ofGuild Wars 2 custom keycaps from HyperX. The five 3rd-place winners will also receive an End of Dragons-themed HyperX headset, while the three 2nd-place winners will get a HyperX Allow Origins 65 keyboard. The 1st-prize winner will receive a Guild Wars 2: End of Dragons gaming chair produced by DXRacer. Lastly, the lucky Grand Prize winner will win a Guild Wars 2 branded OMEN 16 gaming laptop.
Each participant can enter the sweepstakes multiple times, and can earn 12 individual entries each, over the course of 10 simple activities. An entrant will need to provide their name and email address via the gleam.io website the sweepstakes are being hosted on, but they do not actually have to have a Guild Wars 2 account to enter. The activities to score entries mostly involve following the Twitter accounts of the gaming gear companies or viewing websites and social media posts–all simple tasks that take mere seconds to complete. The final activity is to answer a question: How manyGuild Wars 2 wallpapers are on the OMEN Gaming Hub? The answer “3” will allow participants to score the final three entries.
