Week 6 of the current Fortnite season has begun, and that means a fresh wave of Omni Chips scattered around the island for players to collect. This week's Omni Chip locations are widely spread out, with a group of them located at Seven Outpost 2.
Fortnite's Omni Chips are part of Chapter 3 Season 2's Battle Pass, used to unlock options for the highly customizable Omni Blade Pickaxe. Belonging to Tsuki 2.0, one of Fortnite's new characters, the Omni Blade can have just about everything altered, including the blade shape, the guard, blade color, and even swinging sound effects.
Fortnite Leak Teases Return of Klombo With Interesting Twist
As mentioned previously, one of Week 6's Omni Chip groups can be found at Seven Outpost 2. The northernmost of the Seven Outposts, Fortnite players will first need to head to the northwestern corner of the map, located in the snowy mountains northwest of Logjam Lumberyard.
Once players have collected all three Omni Chips, they can then head to either Tumbledown Temple or Crispy Crater to collect the rest of the Week 6 Omni Chips. Both locations are a great distance from Seven Outpost 2, so players should either attempt to finish collecting over multiple matches, or try to hopscotch across the remaining IO blimps to greatly expedite travel time. However, the closest airship to both spots is quite a bit more dicey than usual, and for good reason.
As part of Fortnite's latest v20.20 hotfix, another battle has erupted between the IO and The Seven, this time at Rocky Reels.
