Reboot Rally is a Fortnite event that usually takes place right at the start of a new season. Since Chapter 3 Season 4 has just begun, the event has returned. It's only accessible for some players, however.

In the Reboot Rally event, some players are considered active players while others are considered returning or new players. You can participate in this event as long as you're either an active player with inactive friends, or if you're new or coming back to the game, you can team up with active or other returning players.
To be considered a returning/new player, you must've played less than two hours in the 30 days prior to the start of the event. This is what makes a player eligible to play the event. If you're active, you need to team up with an inactive person.
The event will be live until October 3 at 9 AM ET. You have until then to complete as many quests as you can and earn all available rewards.
Reboot Rally's rewards can be earned as you get more points by completing quests. You can receive up to four rewards depending on how many points you gather until the end of the event.
If you play a duos, trios, or squads game, the Party Assist feature will make it so you can complete their daily quests and they can complete yours. You can complete up to six daily quests with a friend to receive up to 30 points a day with the Reboot Rally daily quests.
