Recently one Elden Ring fan donned a cosplay of Miriel, Pastor of Vows, more commonly referred to by the fandom as the Turtle Pope. It has been two months since FromSoftware launched its open-world title, and since then the game's community has gradually demonstrated their appreciation for certain characters that have become fan favorites for a variety of reasons.
In spite of its still relatively young lifecycle, Elden Ring has created many cosplay opportunities that many fans have taken up. Cosplays of certain staple characters have attracted significant social media attention, but it does not stop with the NPCs and bosses of the Lands Between. Even community legend Let Me Solo Her, famous for his repeated triumphs over the infamously hard boss Malenia, has received a cosplay of his very own, and it does not appear these Elden Ring tributes will stop anytime soon.

Reddit user AwkwardBob-omb supplied the most recent entry in FromSoftware's cosplay library with their interpretation of Elden Ring's Turtle Pope. Compared to some other recent examples it is a relatively simple look, however it is completely recognizable for fans of the title. The reddit user went on to say that Miriel would likely be forgiving that the turtle part of the costume is not grey, but if not then the cosplayer does have some Celestial Dew to make things right.
There are so many interesting characters from the Lands Between that even George R.R. Martin cosplayed an Elden Ring character for the title's launch. The creative minds behind the game, Miyazaki and Martin, have even received their own meta-cosplays inside of the game itself by a pair of players. Fans appear to be latching on
