The two-time NBA Jam tournaments (1993 and 94) champion Guy "Dr DisRespect" is easily among the most recognizable names in the streaming community. The mustached-maverick and self-proclaimed Blockbuster Video Game World Champion has been streaming for the better half of a decade, with his first upload dating back to 2010.
