Access to the Diablo 4 beta and a free copy of the final game can be yours if you take part in the Diablo Hell’s Ink tour this August.
If you’re struggling to get beta access to Diablo 4 then there is a way for you to attract Blizzard’s attention and get a free copy of the game, but it requires a sacrifice.
Blizzard has begun a promotional event called Diablo Hell’s Ink and, as the headline has given away, it will give you a free digital copy of the game if you get a Diablo 4 related tattoo somewhere on your person.
The tour begins in Los Angeles this weekend, but it will continue on until September 10, encompassing other cities in North America, as well as Europe and Australia.
Each tour stop will only be for a day, at a local pop-up, and the one for the UK will be on August 13 at the Noir Ink studio in London.
You’ll be able to choose from a variety of pre-designed Diablo 4 tattoos but you can also get the tattoo shop to do whatever else you want, if you prefer something more unique.
It’s likely to be busy that day, though, and customers will be served purely on a first come, first served basis.
If you don’t want to permanently brand yourself, in order to play a video game a few months earlier than anyone else, but are still interested in Diablo 4 you can just sign up to the beta here – although it’s a lottery as to whether you get picked or not.
The final version of Diablo 4 is due to be released next year but there’s no specific release date and, knowing Blizzard, probably a good chance of delays.
