Activision Blizzard workers stage walkout over Call of Duty studio layoffs

engadget.comEmployees and contractors at Activision Blizzard are walking out of work today in support of their colleagues at Raven Software. The protest, the third such work stoppage to hit the company since it was sued by California over sexual harassment allegations in July, comes after Raven, one of the studios that supports Activision’s incredibly popular Call of Duty franchise, laid off 12 quality assurance contractors.

Call of Duty: Warzone Kar98k Bug Makes it a Semi-Auto Rifle
It's been a busy couple of weeks for Call of Duty: Warzone developer Raven Software. Not only did the game recently launch a brand new season of content, but Warzone was fully integrated into Call of Duty: Vanguard. The integration process went a lot smoother than it did with Black Ops Cold War last year, suffering way less issues and server problem. Fans also seem to be enjoying the new Caldera map, which completely replaces Verdansk.
