Star Karen Gillan shares a promising update for Jumanji 4, assuring a new movie will be made but noting uncertainty of when it will be. Gillan made her debut in the action-adventure franchise with 2017's Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle in which she starred as Ruby Roundhouse, one of the avatars in the titular video game who possesses specialized martial arts. Roundhouse served as the video game counterpart for Morgan Turner's Martha Kaply, a teenager and shy classmate of Alex Wolff's Spencer Gilpin who begins dating him at the end of their first film.
