Viola Davis' Amanda Waller is the next Suicide Squad character to get a spinoff series on HBO Max as Warner Bros. is developing a Peacemaker offshoot. Warner Bros. has been expanding the DCEU onto the small screen ever since the launch of HBO Max a few years ago. While it has served as a vehicle for DC films likeZack Snyder's Justice League, the HBO-branded service is also being used to deliver more content from the DCEU in the form of TV shows.
