Star Wars actor Ian McDiarmid hints that Emperor Palpatine may return in either Obi-Wan Kenobior Andor. The actor made his first appearance as Sheev Palpatine in Star Wars: Episode I — The Phantom Menace and most recently made his famed return in Star Wars: Episode IX — The Rise of Skywalker.
