Vampire-themed survival game V Rising has fully launched with the completely new area Ruins of Mortium, new bosses, new mechanics, and more in update 1.0.
After a 24-hour maintenance period, the update went live, and patch notes were released. The notes detail the new features, as well as quality of life changes to V Rising.
Originally released as an Early Access title in May 2022, V Rising received two major updates before its official launch. Players wander the world as a vampire, taking out bosses with special blood to learn new skills.
V Rising has castle building, enslaving humans, and learning magic as part of the standard gameplay loop. Update 1.0 for V Rising was released after some server downtime.
The largest bit of new content is a new region titled the Ruins of Mortium. Centered around the Legion of Noctum, Dracula's followers are found throughout the area.
