UPS CEO Sony Updates community country

Helldivers 2 Team "Won't Rest" Until It's Brought Back To Delisted Countries

Helldivers 2 developer Arrowhead has just about recovered from a disastrous weekend of controversy, following Sony's decision to make linking a PSN account to Steam to play the game mandatory.

Among all the negative reviews, backlash, and apologies, Sony made the strange decision to delist Helldivers 2 from over 150 different countries in which the PlayStation Network isn't supported, though we're still not quite sure for what reason.

Even though the debacle is pretty much over, the countries that have seen Helldivers 2 delisted from Steam are still yet to get the game back, which is odd considering the PSN account links are now optional.

It's all still up in the air at the moment, and one fan recently took to the game's official Discord to ask for an update on the entire situation.

Unfortunately, there are no answers for the time being. However, it does seem like Arrowhead CEO Johan Pilestedt is fighting for the fans with this one, as he responded that he "won't rest" until Helldivers is available everywhere once again, and that he's currently speaking with PlayStation and Valve to get the delistings undone.
