When visiting the Druid Grove, players encounter Pandirna, who is paralyzed after drinking one of Auntie Ethel’s potions. Though plenty of players have used Shadowheart (or another character with healing spells) to cure her with a simple, there’s a way to do it without expending spell slots.
Even after spending 900 hours playing through, Reddit user FloweryFluff finally stumbled upon an amulet that’s easily missed during most playthroughs but can be used to cure Pandirna.
The Amulet of Silvanus grants players and is found just outside the Druid Grove by Ormn the bear. Players can find Ormn by going down the hill past the elevator in the grove. Picking up the various rocks around Ormn will unveil the amulet, and any companion that doesn’t already have a necklace on can use it to cast the spell.
Whether or not they earn some gold helping Pandirna depends on their dialogue choices, but helping her can be done without expending any personal resources.
