In, the game's shop let players purchase Grim's Ghastly Manor, where one specific item within the pack, the Door of Life and Death, allowed them to summon him, adding features such as the ability to interact with him as a regular Sim, reincarnate pets, and to merge Sims' genetics to have a baby with the Grim Reaper.
Currently, within, it is possible to romance the Grim Reaper. However, none of his genetics will contribute to the baby. Considering the comingpack, Electronic Arts may add the ability to combine genetics with him, since the pack's name is a nod to the past content.
After a leak revealed the expansion, it was followed by an announcement that left fans with a first look on October 3, its release on October 31, and mystery.
With the speculation, Electronic Arts also announced an in-game event for September 28, the Reaper's Rewards Event.
In the meantime, players will likely be interested in acquiring a certain rare animal which has special interactions with the Grim Reaper.
