Pokemon GO Leak Reveals New GO Fest 2024 Details

A new Pokemon GO leak has been revealed, giving information about Pokemon GO Fest 2024 and the debut of three shiny Pokemon. Pokemon GO players unite yearly for the most anticipated event in Niantic's game calendar, the Pokemon GO Fest. With global and in-person activities in different cities, GO Fest is a Pokemon GO celebration that always brings surprises for trainers.

Like the previous edition, Pokemon GO Fest 2024 will be segmented into two parts. The first will see in-person events in Sendai (Japan), Madrid (Spain), and the U.S. (New York City), with Pokemon GO players battling Necrozma in raids. In the second part, available to players worldwide, Pokemon GO will have bonuses such as Pokemon appearances according to habitats, raids with Espeon and Umbreon using accessories, and Ultra Beasts. Pokemon GO Fest is undeniably a special experience for players, and a new leak has revealed more of what to expect from the event this year.

Pokemon GO Hub has reported a new leak giving information about the Pokemon GO Fest 2024 in-person events. According to the leak, the park experience Special Research will be divided into six parts, while the city experience will have five parts. Pokemon GO players already know the habitats that will have Pokemon-specific spawns, such as Brilliant Skies, Cursed Forest, and Ghostly Woods. The leak reveals that their missions will be to catch Pokemon, take snapshots of captured Pokemon, and spin PokeStops and Gyms.

The leak reports the existence of four branches that Pokemon GO players will be able to choose from during GO Fest 2024. Each branch is focused on a Pokemon, these being Eevee, shiny Crabrawler, shiny Ducklett, and shiny Emolga. By selecting a branch, Pokemon GO players' radar will prioritize the chosen Pokemon when displaying the list of nearby critters. Pokemon GO players will also find three Pokemon in their regular forms by following Routes and completing one of Pokemon GO's Party Challenges.
