just started the Season of Witchcraft on January 21, and it has brought some changes to the game’s six classes. Five of the game’s classes — Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Rogue, and Sorcerer — are available in the base version of. The DLC expansion,, introduced the powerful Spiritborn class which, in its original form, blew all other classes out of the water in terms of damage. Since it was introduced in Season 6, this new season is the first time changes are being made to the class.
Theclass changes for ’s latest season are a mix of buffs, nerfs, and bug fixes meant to help balance out the classes a bit more. While certain classes have improved significantly, others are still struggling to get up to speed. Players who were enjoying the Spiritborn’s exaggerated power from last season may also be a bit disappointed to see that it has been significantly changed for Season 7. With the latest level reset, players will likely want to know which classes are best for getting back up to 60 and which might be fun to try this season.
On the same day that Season 7 started, extensive patch notes for were posted by Blizzard, detailing the new changes made to each class. Some changes were made before feedback was received from the Public Test Realm (PTR), while others came after.
