Fallout Day Broadcast Announced For October 23rd

This year's Fallout Day will be celebrated in style, with a broadcast that will give players a glimpse at the future of Fallout 76, the latest entry in the series.

As confirmed by Bethesda, Jon Rush and Bill Lacoste, Creative Director and Lead Producer of the latest entry in the series, will provide a new look at what the team is working on during the first-ever Fallout Day broadcast, which will air on October 23rd at 9:00 PM CEST/ 3:00 PM EST / 12:00 PM PST. FalloutforHope, a community-run charity initiative, will also be part of the festivities, as confirmed by a video message shared on the official X profile.

While only Fallout 76 has been mentioned to be part of the broadcast, it would definitely make sense for Bethesda to take advantage of the occasion to speak more about what's in store for the future of the popular series, especially now that its popularity is at an all-time high thanks to the successful TV show by Amazon which has registered 100 million viewers to date. Even without Bethesda's involvement, however, fans of the series are still able to experience more Fallout in existing games thanks to high-quality fan-made mods, such as the incredible Fallout: London mod, which finally brings the post-apocalyptic series outside the United States for the first time.

Epic Games is Bringing Back 'Fortnite OG' Next Month, With Original Map and Loot
Epic Games is bringing back the original Fortnite permanently, featuring the map and loot from the first season of the game. Players will be able to experience the popular Battle Royale title from its early days starting December 9, the developer announced Tuesday. Fortnite launched in early access in 2017 with co-op and Battle Royale modes and quickly became a phenomenon. Fortnite is currently running a Chapter 2 Remix season, with locations and loot inspired from the second chapter of the game.

After artwork leaked last week for what looked very much like a remaster of classic real-time strategy Warcraft II: Tides Of Darkness, Blizzard sneakily dropped both that and a remaster of Warcraft: Orcs & Humans last night. They’re bundled together with Warcraft III: Reforged - itself with a new patch - in a 'Warcraft Remastered Battle Chest', which also includes the older versions of the first two games. The chest is available on Battle.net, where it’ll set you back £34.99 / $39.99. If you’re just after the older titles, they’re £9 / $10 and £12.59 / $15 respectively.
