Satisfactory: Computers Guide (Required Machines & Everything You Need)
Computers are essential for crafting a variety of middle and end game products in Satisfactory, but they need to be unlocked and built first. The first three types of Computers can be unlocked after reaching Tier 5, and Supercomputers can be unlocked later once Tier 7 is available. After Tier 2, higher tiers can be unlocked by constructing the Space Elevator.
Computers become a necessary resource in the later stages of Satisfactory because they're required for certain buildings and advanced products. One of the components that can be crafted using Computers is a Supercomputer, which leads to even more advanced equipment later on. For example, in order to use Nuclear Power Plants or Geothermal Generators as a power source, Supercomputers are needed.

There are a few different types of resources in Satsifactory that are needed to craft Computers. The three types of Computers mostly require different resources to craft, but they all need a Circuit Board. The Circuit Board can be unlocked in the Tier 5 — Oil Processing section, and it requires two Copper Sheets and four Plastic. The other components required to craft the regular Computer should be easy to obtain.
