Samsung's Galaxy Unpacked event is happening on February 1 and we are going to see the Galaxy S23 series. The leaks and teasers have revealed a big design change for the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus, as well as a couple of changes underneath. Popular tipster Ice Universe has revealed a couple of details on the Galaxy S23 Ultra that could get several fans or owners of the Galaxy S22 Ultra wanting the newer model. So far, it is known that the Galaxy S23 Ultra will get a new 200MP camera sensor and a boosted Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The tipster says that the new camera sensor also eliminates the issue of focus, which was an issue with the 108MP camera sensor.
The 108MP camera sensor first surfaced on the Galaxy S20 Ultra and has serious issues with focusing. Samsung solved the issue to an extent with software updates and the later versions of the Ultra had tweaked cameras to overcome the issue. With the new 200MP camera sensor, Samsung is now said to have improved the focus hunting issue.
The stabilisation of the camera has also been improved to a larger extent, says the tip. The speaker quality on the loudspeaker is also said to be improved with more focus on bass performance. Samsung is also said to improve the microphone on the handset, which should help with video recording.
