Genshin Impact updates arrive approximately every 6-7 weeks and they are almost always divided into two parts. Each part has its own banners which allow players to spend their wishes on various characters and weapons for a limited time.

The upcoming Genshin Impact update 3.0 will introduce a brand-new region as well as three new characters to the playable roster. Two of the characters, the new Dendro users Tighnari and Collei, will be featured in the first part of the update.
