David Leitch's Bullet Train boasts an all-star cast, with one cast member, in particular, proving why they are the perfect choice to star in the upcoming Ghost of Tsushima film adaptation. The Ghost of Tsushima adaptation was announced in March 2021, a year after the game was initially released, although a release date for the film has not yet been set. This means that it will likely be a while until any casting news is revealed about the upcoming adaptation, although one member of Bullet Train has proven they must be considered for the film.
Leitch's Bullet Train is a comedy-action movie set in Japan, in which multiple assassins all find themselves onboard the titular vehicle for seemingly the same job. Naturally, with a story like this featuring multiple different characters, the ensemble cast is full to the brim with big Hollywood names. From Brad Pitt, in arguably the main role, to Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Brian Tyree Henry playing a pair of fraternal assassins, or Joey King as a young assassin posing as a schoolgirl, the list of top-tier actors goes on. However, there is one specific actor in this film who has solidified themselves as someone who needs to be part of Ghost of Tsushima from their work on Bullet Train and throughout their career.
