A newly released poster for the upcoming Disney+ MCU show, Ms. Marvel, celebrates Muslim culture with a traditional greeting of Eid Mubarak. Ms. Marvel stars Iman Vellani as the titular hero, a Pakistani-American high-school student of Jersey City named Kamala Khan. The teenager proved to be the first Muslim superhero to headline their own comic book series, and she will be the first Muslim character to lead an MCU project. Vellani is joined by Yasmeen Fletcher as her friend Nakia, Saagar Shaikh as her brother Amir, Zenobia Shroff as her mother Muneeba Khan, and Mohan Kapur as Yusuf Khan, Kamala's father.
