Producer/director/star Jason Bateman thanks fans for supporting Ozark as the show’s final episodes drop on Netflix. Bateman was perhaps best known as Arrested Development’s Michael Bluth or being Hollywood’s go-to comedic, audience surrogate. When Ozark premiered on Netflix in 2017, season 1 introduced audiences to Bateman as financial advisor Martin “Marty” Byrde—who relocated his family from Chicago to Missouri after becoming indebted to a prominent drug cartel.
