Frontier Developments has partnered with Universal Products & Experiences to develop a new game. The game may have been given the go-ahead thanks to the upcoming Jurassic World movie due for release in theaters in 2025, although the game could be released later.
Very few details are known about the new Jurassic World game aside from when it is currently scheduled for release. Frontier is aiming for the financial year 2026, which is between 1 June 2025, and 31 May 2026.
As the movie will hit screens on July 2, 2025, there’s a big chance that the game might not arrive until afterward, but is set to capitalize on the movie’s release.
The game will be a creative management simulation inspired by the “major success” of Jurassic World Evolution and Jurassic World Evolution 2.
The former title is Frontier’s best-selling game ever, and the pair have generated the most revenue for the developer during their first two years of release.
