ComingSoon can debut the trailer for The Asylum’s new sci-fi film about dinosaurs, . The Land That Time Forgot is a new movie from The Asylum, the film production and distribution company that is best known for making direct-to-video mockbusters.
This is The Asylum’s second adaptation of Edgar Rice Burroughs’ novel following a 2009 film directed by C. Thomas Howell; however, the two movies are not connected.

The film is directed by Anthony Frith, while the screenplay was written by Dan Telfer. The cast of the movie includes Michael Paré (The Lincoln Lawyer), Jack Pearson (Winners & Losers), and Lauren Koopowitz (Kangaroo Island).
Burroughs’ book was published in 1918. It is the first novel in Burroughs’ Caspak series, followed by The People That Time Forgot and Out of Time’s Abyss.
