The Earthen is the first Neutral Allied Race available to both Alliance and Horde players, and boasts 10 playable classes--all classes save for Druid, Evoker, and Demon Hunters.
While BlizzCon gave us a few teasers of this race, including beards on both male and female Earthen, now we can delve into all their appearance details.
