Paradox will offer more updates and information in the coming months but excited players will simply need to be patient for the time being.

Life by You is going to compete against The Sims, and here are the biggest differences between the two games and the customization options they offer.

While has largely dominated the life-simulator genre for over two decades, is looking to upset the status quo by offering a more robust system of customization that will be expanded upon with post-launch updates. Whether is able to topple remains to be seen but Maxis is currently working on a new iteration of its beloved series. Going by the codename Project Rene, the game is hailed as the next step in series and while it may have been announced in 2022, there's still no word on what fans can expect.
