Meowmere is a strong weapon in that's part of an interesting crossover. Because of its rarity, special features, and callback to, many players are looking to get it. Unfortunately, getting the Meowmere sword isn't easy and requires hours of effort. It involves plenty of resource gathering but also requires the necessary levels to get the weapon. There are ways to make the process slightly easier, but getting it in an already-established world requires focus.
Meowmere is what was promised in the x crossover teaser. The sword was added in the update alongside the hardcore mode. This weapon stands out above regular weapons as it lets players shoot out kitten faces that come with a rainbow trail. These bounce off the ground and continue forward until they hit enemies. Players don't actually need to be up close and personal to damage enemies with Meowmere.
The Predator Core is an important crafting item needed to create the silly-looking Meowmere weapon in. However, getting this resource is difficult because it only drops from Predator Pals—new, very aggressive creatures. These Pals are easy to spot because they have a red aura and a special boss-style health bar, showing that they are much stronger than regular Pals. While they are generally better avoided, players need to beat Predator Pals to get a Predator Core.
Palworld’s removal of a gameplay feature sparked speculation about its lawsuit with Nintendo, with some players concerned about changes to the game.
Predator Pals turn up randomly, unlike full-fledged bosses who are normally in a set area. Certain areas have more of an encounter chance for them, so look for open areas or just fly around until you see a Pal with a red aura coming out of it.
I've noticed that Predator Pals tend to spawn more frequently near the Free Pal Alliance Tower, but that's a high-level area.
Once you find a Predator Pal, the next step is to get a core from it. The only way to extract a Predator Core from a Predator Pal is to defeat it.
