Milestone has announced its latest entry into the MotoGP bike racing franchise. Appropriately titled MotoGP 25, the game was announced alongside a trailer that you can check out below.
MotoGP 25 will feature all of the riders and tracks from the 2025 season of the sport, along with Moto2 and Moto3. Some of the newer tracks that will be available in the game are Brno in Czechia, and Balaton Park in Hungary. Brno is especially notable since it is returning to the games after five years.
One of the newer features in MotoGP 25 is Training Sessions, where players can ride simply for fun rather than competitively. Along the way, players will also get to work on improving different disciplines, such as Motard, Flat Track, and Minibikes.
The game will also feature a new Arcade Experience, which offers a more simplified experience rather than going all-in on the sim aspects of the game. The Arcade mode is meant to offer a more accessible point of entry for players that might be new to the MotoGP franchise.
On the multiplayer side of things, players will also get to race against those on other platforms thanks to crossplay. As for modes, there will be ranked races, as well as the LiveGP Championship mode, as well as local two-player split-screen multiplayer.
It is worth noting that crossplay, the LiveGP Championship mode, and the sharing of user-generated content will not be available on the Nintendo Switch version of the game.
MotoGP 25 will also feature plenty of options for customisation thanks to an in-game editor. Players can customise a host of different things, including helmets, stickers, and even podium emotes.
MotoGP 25 is coming to PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch on April 30. The game has been developed using Unreal Engine 5.
