After discovering how fun parkour can be in , I couldn't help but start experimenting with a build based on some of the amazing parkour features, as accentuated by unique accessories, abilities, and armor. To that end, I uncovered some of the best-in-slot parkour-based equipment, as well as which attributes are most useful. This build kicks online in a major way once you reach about level 10, and is the most fun in both Shatterscarp and Galawain's Tusks due to the terrain. A few parkour items are available early on, with better options available later.
This build is great for both combat and exploration, and features the Power Jump and Power Slide abilities. It also incorporates one-handed melee weapons and Stamina-boosting attributes and equipment, as well as critical hit chance and crit damage. Featured items include the Delver's Caution unique ring and the Climber's Crampons, the latter of which is a unique set of boots that increase parkour speed by +30%. With this build, you'll be sliding across the battlefield and knocking down everyone in your path, then running for the high ground to power slam unsuspecting enemies from the top rope.
For abilities, you'll choose options from both the Fighter and Ranger trees, with Power Slide and Power Jump being the featured skills. Charge should be your starter ability, and is a strong option while gearing up. The build kicks online when you have both Power Slide and Power Jump activated. Evasive is essential for Stamina maintenance, and you'll be utilizing dodge as your main defensive tactic. Finesse, Critical Strike, and Devastating Criticals are your core damage drivers, and will enhance your one-handed melee attacks substantially. Built to Destroy is also great for this build, though not essential.
