The Lord of Blood's Exultation is a must-have Talisman for Arcane builds in Elden Ring that increases attack power by 20% for 20 seconds when a nearby enemy or player is inflicted with Blood Loss. This passive effect also applies to the user themselves, as using Seppuku will proc the Talisman's bonus. Tarnished Blood Gods can further enhance this bleeding buff by wearing the White Mask, the headpiece from the War Surgeon Set in Elden Ring. This armor set is acquired by killing two Nameless White Mask Invaders near the Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum during White Mask Varré's questline.
